Tunisian 🇹🇳 beach break
Great 4 night break with friends on all inclusive basis. Nice rooms with comfortable beds, selection of food on offer exceeded expectations with local specialties included. Plentiful drinks which were more than palatable at the extremely reasonable price paid. Two large pools with plenty of sun beds with direct access on to the beach. All in all a great trip.

The hotel was so beautiful and clean. A very unique stay, the staff are so kind and attentive. Very great hotel, I definitely recommend, the food was excellent! I will definitely return.

Restaurant service is horrible
The overall service is amazing, when I arrived the check in was so fast and they gave me a room upgrade. The whole stuff is amazing and care about each aspect. EXCEPT when it comes to the restaurant, horrible horrible experience that I lived more than once. This is my go to hotel and I recommend it for so many people including my own family. In the restaurant they book you a table and nothing is respected after. I had 1 night blown away and I had to buy my own food from outside the hotel (even that I booked all inclusive). They kept moving us from one table to another, they were so rude (at the service level not at the management level) and I heard racist terms from one of the servers stating that I cannot stay in one of the table (seems like I'm not the clientele that they would allow at those table) even that the table was reserved with my room number. So sad to live that experience, I would think thousand time before re-booking here.

C'était parfait sauf que une incendie à la fin a boulversé notre séjours. Un certain Badreddine ( responsable des chefs et des serveurs ) n'a pas du tout été professionnel. En effet on était en train de manger dans notre table et d'un coup ce monsieur est venu nous dire mot par mot sans même dire un salut ou j'espère que vous aimez votre repas ou un truc du genre. Il a juste dit <> nous avons repondu poliment qu'on est deja assis a cette place hier et qu'on savait pas ou s'assoir exactement comme y'avait quelqu'un pour nous guider. Du coup ce monsieur il a dit cette place et pour d'autres personnes et bouger de ici. Aucun savoir vivre et aucun professionnalisme envers les client. On savait pas quoi faire on a juste bougé mais on n'etait pas du tout content. Bref le sejours etait magnifique mais malheureusement ce monsieur l'a boulversé a la fin. Je vous prie de lui faire apprendre comment reagir avec des clients. Merci

I was really disspointed with the service + I had an argument with restaurant staff, they do not respect customers. I hope that the managment deal with this point.

Overall good, lacks attention to some details
Overall good stay but I had some issue that has never been fixed. For the whole stay I had trouble with the lightning in the room and since the AC is connected to that so when it shutdown even during the night it maid my stay really unconfortable. Woke up so many times try to fix it. Spoke with them, tryied to fixed (at least) but with no success. + rooms are really too small. + There was no respect to social distancing inside the hotel (don't blame managers for that :) ) + On the good side, food was really excellent and the stuff were friendly (except some of them) special thanks to Moataz (he was really super friendly hope that managment read this comment and reward him :)) Hope that next time they would at least try to answer with message when a client make a special request :) Overall it was a pleasent stay. Probably would book with them again if the issues mentionned would be adressed

Staff were amazing security was very good. Room was very clean the cleaner lady. Was fab. Food and service excellent. Every were spotless clean. All staff very helpful. Nothing a problem. Pools outside cleaned every day. Even the beach all clean. In all fab holiday. Cannot wait to go back

The hotel and staff were great. We had a room with very loud neighbour who seemed to drag furniture at all hours, but reception staff promptly moved us to another room. The restaurant had options to suit most people. We had a lovely guy called Fethi look after our table for the week. The hotel could do with having an ATM available on site but that would be my only complaint from the week.

Good hotel but NO Air Con during day time
Hotel was good but reception staff were not that good. During October they switch off the AC during day time which is terrible because the weather is really hot and people have to suffer. This is ridiculous and spoilt our holiday.

You get what you pay for...
You def get what you pay for. It's an all inclusive hotel atmosphere and my friend and I arrived to the parking security being very skeptical that we had reservations. We then checked in only to be given a bright green bracelet to let all folks know that we are not part of the all inclusive resort and we have to pay for everything. Fine enough. We get to the room and a number of items are not working... 1. The AC was not functioning and we did not know how to operate the system - zero instructions 2. The WIFI was HORRIBLE on a good day 3. The room was super HOT (meaning it was tough to sleep as we were too warm in the room - even with the window open) 4. The buffet area was like a war zone and you had to push and prod your way into grabbing food 5. We were only there for one night and we had arrived around 7:30pm the night of check in so we did not see the sea - the next day we got up and had breakfast and went outside just to admire the view of the sea and we had about 4-5 aggressive tour guides trying to vie for our attention asking if we wanted a tour - I would hate to layout under the sun there and have this be a normal situation
