"I would have given 5 stars, but some of the room furnishings need updated. The breakfast was good and well stocked and maintained. The heated pool and spa were clean and nice in size. The walk to the beach goes through a narrow walk with walls on both sides, not bad just not what we expected. Staff was friendly. Just keep in mind beachside doesn't mean on the beach, it indicates which side of the main road the hotel is on. The halls and eating area seemed really cold."

"A/c didn’t cool well the shower leaked water the lady that checked me in was nice the rest of the staff was rude or didn’t speak English breakfast area was small and crowded and everyone took all the food like it was a race no employe was there monitoring it. elevator was broken steps going up stairs are uneven first step almost made me lose balance. tv is outdated for the price i paid i was expecting better i could have booked the same quality room down the street for less i honestly feel robbed cause of how much i paid for this room"

"Room cleaning service SUCKS.. We checked in and there was actual feces on the toilet. If they didn't clean the TOILET, What else didn't they clean?? We had maid service and it took them about 5 freaking hours! Locked out of our room while she was on get cell phone. We weren't allowed to vape OUTSIDE or on our balcony without "Karen" coming to ruin what otherwise would've been a good time. There's no continental ANYTHING... Everything costs money, even parking. You're paying for a NAME, DEFINITELY NOT A QUALITY STAY. The only somewhat decent thing I can say is, the bed and pillows were super comfy. "
