"First room was terrible … safe did not work and even after fixing … did not work. Put on 3rd floor right under buffet … furniture moving till 9:00 pm and again starting at 6:00 am! Changed rooms and everything was fine. I did have to downgrade room and did not receive any compensation?? This was our 8th stay at this hotel, but will rethink it before booking again!"

"The staff was friendly at Ramada. The room was clean, the air conditioning was perfect.. the Continental breakfast was nice and simple. The gentleman that was attending in the breakfast area had great customer service. I will be back."

"If your in need of an iron or ironing board and although they advertise they have them they do not. TVs are not smart tvs so bring your own HDMI if you want to watch anything other than over the air stations and good luck with a tv remote. They do not work....hope you like cold showers as there was no hot water in my room "

"Our stay was ok for the night, thought a bit in the pricey side for not having breakfast or basic hotel hygiene like toothbrush and no trash bags nor can. Also the floors could be cleaner, left with the bottom of my socks black. Sheets were clean, I suppose. Staff is very nice and friendly. "
