"Excellent location, Fabulous facilities. Superb staff. What a real jewel in Agostlini. Easy to get to harbour and see turtles 8-10am daily by fishing boats. Great central location. Square comes alive at night and plenty of tasty places to eat. Cant fault this hotel or location. Great base to visit most of Kefalonia. Mountain drives are unbelievable "

"The hotel is in an excellent location for shops, bars, restaurants, turtle watching and other amenities. Also, not too far from the airport. The rooms are fine, though relatively basic, as was breakfast. There was no hotel bar. Staff are friendly and helpful. The Spa small indoor swimming pool and sauna are not freely available to residents; you have to pay 25 euros each for an hour, which we thought was way too expensive for what is on offer. There are no outside sunbathing areas, so instead we visited the nearby Mediterranean beach, which is good and not expensive for loungers and parasol. The taxi rank nearby means short journeys are easy, though due to the mountain routes longer trips are expensive. We chose to do a couple of island coach trips, instead, which were very good. People do smoke in some of the ground floor hotel areas, which some may find unpleasant; we simply didn't use those areas, preferring to go elsewhere. Overall, the hotel suited our needs as a base, but it may not suit everyone."

"We have just stayed 7 nights as a family of 4 at this amazing hotel and loved it! The family room was spacious, elegantly decorated, extremely clean and comfortable. They provided high end Molten Brown toiletries, soft cotton towels/robes, and luxurious bedding. The breakfast was generous and delicious especially the pancakes and fruit juices. Above all, the staff is what make this hotel extra special. They are warm, welcoming and hospitable. They worked so hard and went above and beyond to look after us.Dimitri , Tina, Yana, the house keeping lady, and the chef- Thank you SO much for everything. We loved kefalonia and hope to return again in the future. "
