The hotel itself is classic old school with period details that transport to another era. That having been said, our room was well appointed with modern conveniences including a fantastic bed and triple-paned? windows overlooking the scenic piazza below. "

"Good breakfast with pleasant staff. Room was clean and nice size. Good central location and next to train station for easy day trips. Hotel is old but in great condition and has wonderful charm, especially the elevator. Was also nice to use the rooftop terrace and bar at the related hotel next door. Restaurant's in the area are great but the restaurant in the hotel was very nice also if you don’t want to leave. Would definitely stay again. "

"Great location in a walkable area along the coast. The breakfast variety was excellent. The service staff were friendly and very accommodating. For example we had an early departure prior to the opening to the breakfast dining room however the staff provided several croissants for our trip. "
