"Tried to check in late, as we weren’t able to get to the property. Gave away the reservation and was still charged."

"Beds are like a spring board, pillows are very tall and hard, a/c at midnight decides to sound like a car engine breaking down very loud, and lots and lots of city noise/sirens outside. I would not stay here again."

"The hotel was under a major renovation and it was not made aware when making the reservation. The restaurant is operating minimally and its the only restaurant for miles. The staff did their best to take care of guests considering everything that was going on. Had I known that this MAJOR renovation was happening, I would not have booked the property or paid what I paid!!! "

"Booked through Expedia but they never sent the code to the customer entry door. Had to call Hotel staff while on transit to get that information. Staff immediately emailed the info. Hotel is in a very centric location near restaurants and grocery stores. Hotel was comfortable and clean…. Was surprised that even had a kitchenette! The only downfall is that it has “very steep” stairs to the 2nd and 3rd floors and it was very hard to get that heavy luggage up the stairs. I would not recommend for an elderly person."

"The young woman at check-in was very condescending and not pleasant. I hope it was just a bad day for her. Another staff member was cussing at another and threw glass and paperwork on the floor. It was not a pleasant check in experience. I’ve been a member of Marriott for several years and have NEVER had an experience like this and it make me re-think continuing my membership!"
