Steakhouse was closed and they turned the sports bar into a sports gaming room (that was empty) so there really was no place to eat on property which is a little ridiculous. There was a walk up deli place, but I wanted sit down meal.

Ameristar Casino Hotel East Chicago
If you are not a smoker- this is NOT THE PLACE FOR YOU! We had 4 nights reserved and only stayed 1. Even the bedding reeked of stale cigarette smoke. My daughter had a difficult time with smoke reaction. They would not refund the rest of our trip. Disappointing.
