Springhill Suites By Marriott Kalamazoo Portage
Hot tub was broken. Blood on the sheet. Our room was close to the bar and it was so loud our baby kept waking up all night long, well after the 11pm close time. Staff was nice and respectful.

Boardwalk Suites & Residences By Kasa
I only needed the room for a night, and really just a few hours of even being in the room other than sleep, but it was perfect. Couple of great places within walking distance, huge and clean space, comfortable, and had everything needed and then some.
