Room and hotel overall was very clean. Amenities were great, including breakfast in the morning. Staff was super friendly and accommodating, even extending our stay in our already assigned room when weather ruined our plans to leave Madrid. Great location, close to shopping, restaurants, subway stops, etc.

The room was small but modern and chic. Property lighting in all areas.
We were pleasantly surprised with the bar and it's musical performances with skilled musicians, piano players and singers, very enjoyable. Wanted to single out Aaron of guest relations who was very helpful and made us feel at home. We'll be back!

It is a 1000 year old building, the host treated us wonderfully and we had a great chat in the bar. Much different than all the corporate owned hotels we stayed earlier in the week. There is a thermo springs a few blocks away.

Ceser could not have been more kind or helpful. He even offered to come and collect me because I was lost and had walked ...
