The staff was excellent! Wonderful people and very helpful. One young man at the desk helped me retrieve my cellphone that I left in an Uber by contacting Uber help and translated for me. Overall a most comfortable stay and friendly staff. A 10 out of 10 for us!

Cute and clean small hotel in the 9th arr about a 15m walk to the Palais Garnier and 15m walk to Montmarte. The service is friendly and accommodating. The rooms were small but expected for Paris. The breakfast service was good and a nice way to start the day.

First of all, I would not stay here again. The pictures online were extremely misleading, especially when it came to the view. The hotel photos made it look like you could actually see the Arc de Triomphe from the balcony. Technically, yes—you can see it if you lean very far over the balcony and try really hard. 😂 The actual view was nothing like what I expected from the pictures. The bathroom was another major issue. The bathtub was so high and uncomfortable to get in and out of that I literally had to hold onto the vanity to avoid falling. The tub was also extremely narrow. If you put both feet together while standing, there was barely enough room for them. It was honestly uncomfortable and felt unsafe. And let’s talk about the toiletries. They provided one product that was supposed to be both shampoo and body wash. It was so harsh that it completely dried out my hair. For the amount we paid for this room, I expected much better quality. Now, the room size—this was probably the biggest disappointment. The room was insanely small for two adults. We had two large suitcases and two carry-ons, and there was barely enough space to move around, let alone open our luggage. We couldn’t even comfortably open our suitcases separately to unpack. The room felt extremely claustrophobic. I asked if we could switch to a larger room, but I was told that the larger room would actually be considered a “downgrade” and that they wouldn’t be able to refund the difference. Considering how

From our first entry to our departure, every member of the staff was amazing. The coffee was the best we enjoyed in both London and Paris. We were really close to Louvre and the Big Bus stop to tour the city. The taco bar provided gluten free food for my wife. The hotel was surrounded by street cafe's which we enjoyed immensely. A They had a very handy elevator and excellent room temperature control, and the room was made up daily. What more could we say. We would surely stay there again.
