"What a lovely place for a holiday. The pool was amazing and very sheltered when it was windy. Location is great, just a short stroll to the supermarket, restaurants or the beach. Or an Uber ride to livlier towns. We really enjoyed breakfast each morning with a good selection of fruit, yogurt, cereal, bread, cheese, meats and pastries. We particularly enjoyed the Pastel de Nata. Really good value and had everything we needed."

"The breakfast staff was a bit too strict, almost, discourteous and tried to push people out exactly at the end of the breakfast hour. I’ve never experienced that before. Not a very pleasant experience! One lady with three little children was not allowed to enter because she was a couple of minutes late."

"The room is clean and tidy, the staff is polite and attentive, and there are many food choices including seafood and suitable families. However, the decoration is not modern enough and the playing facilities are not enough."

"brekfast was good and very welcoming by stuff, spa nasty, very dirty, the only bes thing about this property is the beach, it has the best beach view. facility never ever a 5 star never never, not even a 3 star, very old dated furniture in the room, nasty rooms, tiny nasty showers like a refuge camp, outside patio by the otdoor pool you can easy fall down from old deck wood by walking, stuff perfect, beach perfect, breakfast good. the rest is very poor"

"We had issues with our safe. After asking for it to be fixed multiple times, someone finally came 24 hours later. Our fan started working randomly one of the nights, from 23:00 to 02:00, we were unable to turn it off! For an all inclusive 5 star hotel, there werent many food options and even when we came to eat when the restaurant opened, the food was lukewarm / cold. We had pork steaks one day that weren't cooked properly, which resulted in food poisoning...not nice at all - we lost 48nhours of our holiday due to being unwell. We ended up eating outside of the hotel on several occasions due to the limited food options - which we had not bugeted for! The reception and restaurant staff were all very friendly - the main positive of the hotel! The lights/ lamps in the restaurant fell on 2 occasions, just missing guests. This is an expensive hotel for what is offered."

"This hotel can barely be considered a hotel. It’s a 5 star ++++ experience where everything from the staff, food, amenities and location make you feel like a VIP all day long. It is located on a busy touristic strip, but once you cross the iron gates, you are cut of from the rest of the world and transported into absolute luxury. Simply perfect. "
