This is supposed to be used for facial recognition to access the building and common areas such as the pool and gym. However the selfies never worked and we only got in the building because the doormen would check our names and open the door every time. We were never able to access the amenities. The room was clean but it could be cleaner. But it is still above the average. It is close to the American consulate and the area is safe considering Porto Alegre is a big city."
