"We had a fantastic time. Staff were very attentive and helpful, breakfasts were great with a big range of options (including vegan which was a big reason for us picking the hotel). We also ate dinner in the restaurant twice and the quality was brilliant. The room itself was lovely with a stunning sea view and veranda - location wise we were about a 25 minute walk away from Old Town which was perfect for us as the hotel felt very peaceful and tucked away. We took advantage of the sauna and steam room which was like having our own private spa, and both got massages which were the best we’ve had. Final bit of praise for the lovely Daniel who worked in the bar and kept coming up with delicious cocktails for us to try. We will definitely be back. "

"The staff was helpful and check in went smoothly. The room was better than I expected and the parking was easy and spots available. I had the breakfast buffet and the selection was good and I would recommend it. Overall, I had a very good experience at Ancora Park and would stay there again."

"Navigating premises was so difficult I got lost, which has never happened to me before. Improper or non existent signage and several sets of stairs which required me to have staff handle my luggage which I rarely reqiired. "

"The hotel has a 5 star feel about it. The breakfast is extensive, lots of choice with lovely fresh fruit. The room was well situated with a lovely view of the pool and sea. The light switches did prove challenging and the cupboard handles were “different”. Loved the extensive wild garden. We feel that the water bottles should be refillable. The gym area was the other side of the road and did feel tired. We would recommend the hotel and will return. "

"House beautiful and spacious. Everything catwred for from loungers on the balcony, table outdide, rooms etc. Nice touch milk, crackers, jam etc on arrival. Bfast plentiful. Beautiful surroundings. You need a car unless you use taxis"
