Very good hotel , we had wonderful experience! Just a little noise from the train , but I was very tired and I could sleep. Nice breakfast, very nice shower!!! Smells wonderful!

Hotel and room are good and clean. Metro is 2 mins walk, we used Uber all the time as it worked cheaper for us. It was too noisy outside due to some construction work (early morning and night). Other than sound, we are absolutely happy.

The hotel room was clean, fantastic, beautiful, and the staff were lovely, friendly and helpful, The breakfast was very good and cheap. The hotel was in a good location at the city centre. Accessible metro train in front of the hotel. Right from the airport you can get the metro train to the hotel and you alight or stop at Casa da Musica . Once you come out of the metro, you will see the hotel in front of you. It only take 30 minutes to the hotel from the airport. I can recommend the hotel to people.

Horrible stay. You could hear everything from the cars outside to the workers near by. The AC was a complete nightmare, it will turn off in the middle of the night every 45 minutes, I had to get off my bed and turned it back on. Stay away from this hotel if you want to have a good night sleep.

The room is small, where the space between the foot of the bed to the wall is narrow to squeeze by, especially with the tv mounted on the wall. Not enough storage for clothes, have to leave all my clothes in the luggage except for a few hangers for them.

There was a short, brown-haired girl with glasses on reception who was rather abrupt and rude when we spoke with her. She was also sat at reception seemingly doing her school/university work instead of tending to customers (like us) properly. The rest of the staff were very polite and pleasant, however. Our stay was still very good, I tend not to let the attitude of one spoil it for all. Thanks!

Hi just wanted to say that the hotel is a new building in the center of Porto. Comfortable rooms, toilet, shower great but very little space for things, clothes. Good breakfast, the only minus of this Hotel is the noise of the nearby bus and metro station until late at night if you have a room at the front of the building

Decent, basic hotel with clean rooms and a comfortable bed.The hotel itself was a bit noise and we had an economy double room was very small, would have been fine for a solo trip but not for a couple.

Couldn’t control room temperature. Always hot. Had to open and close window to control temperature. Situated in front of metro stop was very convenient. Breakfast was great. The lobby floor made with shiny tile was very slippery. Would stay there again.

The property was very centrally located with the metro st the door and the hop on hop off busses right around the corner. Also plenty of spaces to eat and a beautiful park nearby. We used Uber and this as well was very economical. The hotel was spotless but the room did need to be dusted. Example over the bed and behind the tables. My daughter is allergic so we did this as soon as we entered the room. Most would not notice it is clean in all the visible places. Bathrooms floors etc all good. The staff were incredible. They made the stay so pleasurable. Always greeting us, chatting with us. Generally so attentive and kind. The breakfast was also good with a wide range of options. I would recommend the hotel to others and would stay here again as well.

Perfect, convenient location and nice enough place. A little obsession with streamlined rooms, so the picture is deceiving: that is all you get. Not all lights worked properly, especially the one in shower. Toiletries should also be put in shower area, not just the toilet (2 different spaces). Nice reception for hotel if you like to people watch and be watched. Great breakfast buffet however, with garden to look at.

Great hotel in a nice location
Stylish hotel with good facilities and very friendly staff. The hotel is right next to a metro station which takes you to central Porto in around 10 mins and to the airport in about 30. It’s also easy to walk to the city centre in about 30-40 mins. There are a few restaurants in the local area and the very cool Casa da Musica building.

The staff at the hotel were exceptionally helpful and were always willing to assist and offer advice on things to do and places to go, and all with a smile. Would thoroughly recommend this hotel. The only issue was that The rooms are quite small and you tend to hit off the tv at the end of the bed, you need to be very careful getting up in the middle of the night that you do not hit the tv. Also , the shower right next to the bed is a bit strange.

Well situated, excellent for walkers. Next to city transportation. Noisy because of the metro that passes under the hotel if you open the window. Good breakfast.

No wow factor but convenient location
Very functional business man's hotel in very convenient inner town location adjacent to Casa Da Musica Metro station.Small but well fitted / equipped bedroom on top floor. Reduced price car parking nearby also useful. Breakfast choice was ok for a budget style hotel but not inspiring.

The location is great because it close to Rotunda da Boavista and if you don’t have a car it’s great to get public transportation. I didn’t like the fact they only put towels enough for the occupancy, for example one person one towel, what it’s not good if you take a shower twice a day. In the morning when I went to the bath room there was a strong smell at tabaco, and it was coming from the bathroom air pipe system. I’m addition, since the towel is folded and left close to the outlet/inlet pipe system, the towel was smelling tabaco, what I strongly disliked. When I complain to the front desk, she just said it must be from the air pipe system and that’s all. For a hotel with 4 start, they really need to improve. Thank you,
