We loved the sea view and were hoping to enjoy our last day in Greece on the beach but unfortunately there were gale-force winds that day. We found an excellent Taverna a few blocks away on the square and had a fantastic meal. This is an excellent place to stay the day before flying out of Athens airport. "

"This was our second time at NLH MATI and its was excellent, The rooms were very clean,the public areas were spacious and clean, the buffet breakfast was a 10 complemented by a direct water view, inside and outside seating, high quality food, coffee and deserts, the servers were very helpful. "Property is tucked in off a busy street but once you reach the hotel through the side street it is engulfed with trees. I arrived and since I had several pieces of luggage they placed me on the second floor with a small elevator access. Chic, modern interior, almost an Asian feel, bed was lovely! "Booked this hotel last minute – all the streets around the hotel are under construction, getting to the hotel was a challenge. Hotel was not very full, so we got a 4th floor room, which was nice because only the 4th floor really offer a seaview. Room was fine but the bathroom needed work – such as the shower was missing one of its 2 doors, missing floor drain grate, etc. Breakfast was wonderful, way beyond continental. It had a nice pool, but we didn’t use it. "
