"Air conditioning was not effective "

"Overall the hotel is beautiful and the staff are friendly and work hard to make your stay enjoyable. Also the breakfast is great. However, a major downside if that rooms have very little soundproofing so you can hear everything from other rooms, which in our case also included hearing the couple above us having sex (our child was thankfully asleep at this point). Also having a meal in the hotel (apart from breakfast which was included) is ridiculously overpriced. €120 for two adults and a child (drinks not included). The food was delicious but portions very small. Finally the hotel is in the horrible German party area. So while I appreciate the lovely staff, I wouldn’t go back. "

"Hotel it’s self was nice rooms in the suits section where dated and not very clean when we went in. No signs in the hotel to tell you where anything is and staff weren’t very accommodating to tell us anything upon arrival. Drinks in the suits bar where dirty and bar tender couldn’t make half the drinks for the all inclusive the food is also hit and miss "

"The Rooms were clean (except for the time where i saw a bug on bathroom) the Staff were very nice and professional the parking we were parking outside and not in Garage while i dint went to bar but views were excellent from the hotel and thats of what i wished if we gotten a room of the views to the bays of Palma and Cruise ships the lift steep thing were great and it will save your energy so that you wouldn’t walk that uphill the pools while they were closed since i was in March but the view from pool to port is just wonderful and yeah this is my review its a great hotel though if you want the view of what you saw the pictures from this site then book double room since thats what the staff told me about this and yeah thats how you gonna get that view. "

"This hotel exceeded our expectations! It was absolutely stunning and the staff was so courteous and went above and beyond for us. Jous was one of the friendliest staff members who truly showed us incredible hospitality and we would recommend this hotel to anyone! Breakfast was delicious, room was clean, and the views were unbeatable. "

"We throughly enjoyed our five nights at this hotel. A lovely clean hotel with great staff. When you walk in reception not only are you greeted with a smile and a welcome, but you also get a great smell, I don’t know how they do it, but it smells devine permanently. Our room was kept clean and the balcony has comfortable chairs. A bit weird, is the provision of a kettle and a fridge but no cups and provisions. The bar happily provides cups and spoons etc and so we went to the local supermarket for teabags and milk. The bar staff deserve a special shout out, they weren’t kept extremely busy given the time of year and the fact that most guests are out cycling and sailing but were friendly and polite and we had service with a smile every time."

"We had an exceptional stay with affordable price comparing to other hotels. Everything was so smooth and amazing. Room was clean, bathroom had all the amenities with amazing showers. No noise at all. Had the best view of palma from my room even when i didnt book a room with view. The view from the rooftop was a 10/10. Will definitely visit again "
