Really nice, well maintained property, we had a pleasant stay. Staffs are friendly and helpful. Our upgraded room is spacious and beautiful, amenities are ample and luxurious. Breakfast is delicious, great to have lots of dessert choice!

Perfect location near the church. Took the room facing the church. Paid €20 extra per day. Worth the money. Breakfast was good. Lots of Japanese & Indonesia tourist when I was there. Breakfast was a little unruly with them.

I traveled regularly in Europe. Trust me this hotel is outstanding in many ways. They give an explanation of the city, the areas around & provide excellent transportation to & fro the airport. The receptionists are helpful & responsive. The housekeepers also ensure great cleanliness in the room & are attentive to details. Thk u very much for the wonderful experience. I stayed for 3 nights. Thought the hotel is not big, the room however is very spacious and comfortable. It is located at Baixi which is very central and close to many eateries and attractions. Public transportation is easily access. The one thing that I am not satisfied is the quality of the towel is not great. The color has turned grey and don’t give me a feel of fresh towel. Last of all, would like to thank the front desk staff, they are super friendly and helpful, well done!

The staff was very attentive. The hotel was within walking distance to a few metro stations and along the shopping belt. There was free flow of afternoon tea, including port and moscato to enjoy. The hotel has a good spread of food at breakfast, including hot food.

Very well located in the heart of Santiago De Compostela and within walking distance to all amenities , 200m from the cathedral. It was a pleasure stay.

Eduardo at Concierge was excellent. He provided excellent advice & went out of his way to help us find our missing hoodie. The room, however, could be better. There was a housefly buzzing around, the handsoap bottle was not replenished & there was no tissue paper.
