Our stay at Il San Pietro di Positano was nothing short of extraordinary. While the property itself is stunning—with panoramic views, elegant design, and world-class amenities, it’s the exceptional, personalized service that truly sets this hotel apart. From the moment we arrived, even thought it was very late in the evening, we were made to feel not just like valued guests, but like part of the Il San Pietro family. One of the most memorable touches was being personally welcomed by the General Manager Andrea Zana the next morning, whose warmth, kind small gestures like little gifts in the room and attention to detail set the tone for the rest of our stay. He seemed to be present and genuinely invested in each guest’s experience, and that personal connection is part of the magic in Il San Pietro. Throughout our stay, every member of the staff—from housekeeping to the front desk, and the incredible team at the breakfast restaurant—delivered service that was not only flawless but deeply personal. They remembered our names, our preferences, and greeted us back every evening asking about our day and making us feel like we were returning home. This was truly one of the most amazing hotels I have been to and I travel quite a bit. Service and attention to detail impeccable. Outstanding location away from the overly congested shopping area of Positano. Some of the most beautiful views and incredible food at both Zass and Carlino. Positively a world class experience. I will definitely return and spend more time at the hotel enjoying the beautiful grounds, spa, pool and private beach.

This is an incredible hotel with outstanding service. The property is stunning, the amenities include a beach club, spa & fitness center, yoga & Pilates, tennis courts, and daily boat excursions. They offer free shuttles into town. The rooms and sea views were spectacular. The two restaurants on site will not disappoint. The terrace is a dream. Our recent 5 day stay was magical from the time we checked in until the time we checked out. We would highly recommend Il San Pietro!

My Wife and I had just got married (in Positano). Our stay was simply flawless. As a matter of fact, it was so amazing that we decided to spend our whole 2 days in the hotel (rather than going out for lunch or to visit other Cities). My partner and I have had our fair share of travel in beautiful destinations and hotels. However, nothing comes even close to Il San Pietro Positano. A truly breathtaking property with an out of this world service. Everyone greeted us by our first name during the entire stay, they did not charge us a deposit at check in, nor did they ever ask us to sign for any of our bills. They truly make you feel like you’re a guest in a private mansion. The whole experience was beyond seamless and we felt like we were a part of the Il San Pietro family by the time we left. We cannot wait to come back!

This is perhaps the best hotel in the world! The staff are beyond brilliant and the views are amazing. The rooms are wonderful . We went for our 40th wedding anniversary and they upgraded us. Yes it is expensive but worth every single penny! We are saving up to go again immediately . Thank you to all the staff who looked after us so expertly.
