"Really great hotel for the price! Staff were very friendly and helpful, everything was very easy. Parking is pricey, but a must if you’re driving. Rooms were clean and spacious, with everything you need. The only thing I wish it had (perhaps this is coming in the future with the building they are doing?!) is a restaurant/breakfast. There are currently no options offered by the hotel, so I think this attention would make it almost perfect. "

"We stayed at the Crowne Plaza last week and absolutely loved the experience. The room was super clean, beds were comfortable and noise free at night time. The staff was friendly and helpful and the room service requests were promptly addressed. There is a section in the lobby under construction but that does not affect the stay at the hotel in any way. The hotel is fairly close to most of the downtown attractions and the Pier 56 waterfront is walking distance! Lack of eateries in the hotel...

"Very friendly hotel. Nice room with view of the Space Needle and well located for a walk to the harbour and Pike’s Place. Seattle is hilly but I loved walking around. The gym was small but was fine for my needs and the pool was tiny with a hot tub. Breakfast was great and I enjoyed my stay really well located for a 15 minute walk to the Space Needle, Chihuly Garden and the Pacific Centre. "
