Best Western Post Inn
The staff were very friendly, and the front desk clerk gave us a good recommendation for dinner. The hotel is a bit dated, and our room had a strange odor, but it was clean. The breakfast and coffee were pretty good. Parking was easy, and the location was convenient for us.

Hotel Garza
Older property and quirky but thoroughly enjoyed the stay. ( I was concerned when I saw that the building was only 2 blocks from a railroad crossing. But as it turns out, I barely noticed the horns of the locomotives.) we will stay there again.

DELUXE INN
My wife and myself really enjoy these old motels. Reminds us of a simpler time. The staff was great. Gave us the room and left us alone. Great place to stay. It was clean safe and quiet.

9 Mi to Downtown: Lubbock Home w/ Yard
This place is next to a car junk yard and trailer homes. You can tell they are making updates but the finish work is not good. The beds are cheap with terrible sheets, no blankets, or headboards.
