Bom para uma curta estadia

Ficamos apenas uma noite, então foi tranquilo. Quartos são antigos (mobiliário, banheiro, janela, ar condicionado, frigobar), sem luxo, pedimos troca de quarto e fomos para um com colchão melhor mas ainda com algumas questões, como vazamento no banheiro. Café da manhã bem simples. Funcionários muito educados, lobby organizado, localização impecável!

Hotel simples, prédio antigo, mas a estadia é ok. Tinha hóspedes fumando no quarto, violando as regras. Café da manhã é um pouco fraco. Localização do hotel é indiscutivelmente boa! Fomos ao Centro e voltamos a pé com muita segurança.

Café da manhã fraco. Ovo mexido cobrado R$ 2,00 (nunca vi um hotel cobrar ovo mexido). Salsicha e molho frios. Pão de queijo tambem frio. As mesas sem toalha. A limpeza do salão de café da manhã nao me agradou.

Atendimento não muito bom, para o check-in o atendente não foi muito educado, pedimos uma água no quarto e demorou para entregar, tivemos que pedir novamente. Tv não estava pegando muito bem, e as toalhas eram bem velhas. No café faltou muita coisa.

No geral o hotel é muito bom pelo preço que cobra, café da manhã mediano. Na hora de check-out eles queriam cobrar outra vez e já havíamos pago pelo próprio app, exigiram um comprovante de que foi pago pelo app, já fiz dezenas de reservas pagas pelo app e isso é a primeira vez que ocorre, tive que mostrar a fatura do cartão de crédito. Achei muito chato isso e desconfortável. As molas da cama já estão duras e machucando
