"We were very happy with every element of the hotel. The service was warm and welcoming. The hotel is very charming and tastefully decorated. The room was cooled by central air-con. The turn-down service was a nice surprise. We opted to dine at the hotel restaurant and it was a very fancy experience with amazing views from the balcony. The food was top notch quality. "I stayed 3 nights at this hotel. When I open my luggage, I removed my shoes from bags. Also I removed my liquids from plastic bag to carry the plane. When I collect again my luggage to return, I realized that all the bags were away. House keeping threw everything. In the room I always need a kettle to drink tea or coffee but it was not available. Restaurant was quite expensive. Main courses starts from 28 euros. I eat in downtown Venice at a good restaurant lower than this price. I requested a glass of wine. The amount of the wine was definetely half. Breakfast was adequate but can be improved. Inside the restaurant there were very little flies disturbing me during breakfast and dinner. They were touching down the food also."
