"Staff are fantastic Main part of the hotel, bar etc are clean and modern. Note the bar closes at 9.30 Room was very cold and dated cosmetically Clean bedding and comfortable beds and towels clean and good quality tho. Main issue we found ( 2 people in 2 seperate rooms booked ) The shower / hot water system needs a major overhaul urgently. Bathroom sink taps bearly worked. Mixer shower was also at best adequate I would class this as a trucker / work person hotel."

"An excellent establishment with very friendly staff. A wonderful fresh breakfast with fruit, yogurt, cereal and full English breakfast. Rooms and bathrooms cleaned everyday. Great range our beers and wines at the bar and a excellent restaurant menu. Not a lot to do in, Eglingham, but I would stay there again. Use it for a base to tour from."

"Yes Parking was easy. But the website suggested a continental breakfast was included. thats also mentioned in the brochure in the room. There wasnt any. Its no big deal but perhaps can remove the breakfast item from the marketing?"
