"Shower was not the best. One minute ok then went cold then boiling hot. Had to be careful not to get burnt. Couch not comfortable Bed was good "

"Excellent hotel, fantastic room, great staff, home away from home. One big issue: lift getting to my third floor room was a pain. Seemed only 1 lift was working on my room side and you could be waiting ages for it. Was advised there wasn’t any stair options so you’re stuck with this. There’s lifts on the other side which I also got to use because on one of my days, lift stopped working altogether. That being said, I had an amazing time in Canberra and the hotel was part of the reason for my great trip so I would 100% recommend and I’ll be back "
