"Terribile camere vecchie con mobilio ancor più vecchio però si può pensare che con un prezzo basso non si deve pretendere… il problema sta nel fatto che siamo arrivati in camera troviamo asciugamani sporchi per terra tutti ammucchiati, ci cambiano camera e ci danno una camera con 4 letti singoli tutta sporca con bagno inguardabile cieco con ventola non funzionante…. Televisore rotto senza telecomando.
Anche la colazione oltre ad essere sgradevole, ad una certa senza chiederci nulla hanno fatto...

"Grand hotel Cappuggi did not disappoint. I stayed with my 3 children for 10 nights end of june , start of july. Very reasonably priced 4* hotel experience haf by all. A little out of town (2 miles) but free shuttle bus (or taxi if not available) shows excellent customer care. Receptionists very helpful, cleaners nice and cheerful. Fabulous swimming pool essential in 38° temperatures. Football and tennis available. Ball provided keeping my boys well entertained. Thiroughly recommend this hotel as a point from where to explore Tuscany and further afield.
