Beautiful hotel and suite, close to many attractions. The restaurant was very accommodating, service was top notch and the food was delicious. There were plenty of breakfast items in the morning and everything was fresh - really enjoyed the drinks. Staff was wonderful, but I will say that the Glass Bar staff were an odd bunch. Either way, I’d highly recommend and would definitely stay here again.

The location was right on the river with a great view of Prague Castle. It was also in a quieter part of the river area, but less than a 10 minute walk to Charles Bridge where all the crowds were. Breakfast had many good options and we enjoyed the views from the breakfast area. Rooms were spacious and clean, and staff were helpful and attentive. Highly recommend!

I had a lovely stay at the Dancing House, my room has a view of the river which I enjoyed waking up to and coming home to every day. When I return to Prague I will happily stay at the hotel again! Thank you for a lovely time

This hotel is well located and walkable to just about every attraction in Prague. And if you are tired of walking, the Hop on Hop Off bus stops at the door. The rooms are huge and very clean and the bed was more comfortable than mine at home. There is traffic outside but quiet in side. My room had an awesome view of the river. As a single female I wanted a concierge and I felt very safe.

I had a great experience staying at the Dancing House. The staff was great and extremely helpful. I did not have the correct charger adapter and the gentleman at the front desk let me borrow one my entire trip. The other front desk lady helped me out with transportation questions. Overall, I would definitely stay here again. Location was great. It is right on the river and you can walk up and down the river. Awesome location.

This was an amazing hotel, with a very unique and beautiful design! The room was very nice with views of the river and city. Onsite restaurant and bar was very accommodating and had very good service. I will be sure to stay here again when visiting Prague again!

First Prague visit

First time in Prague. Hotel position for us ideal as we love walking in and out of city centre especially along the The river walk. Only small nuisance maybe is no towel rails in bath and slightly noisy air-con which we could not get to cool enough night temperature. That aside we would be back to same hotel in not to distant future. Breakfasts are brilliant.

Overrated

Overrated. Nothing special about it except for the changing color lights in the room. The mattress was too soft, the rooms are very tiny, the A/C barely works. This hotel is extremely overrated. If you want to enjoy the view and the restaurant stay somewhere else and just make a reservation.

Although it is an externally beautiful, iconic building, the staff was nice, and the room clean, we still had a terrible stay due to the terrible HVAC system and poorly designed curtains. We stayed on the second floor. The floor and room were exceptionally hot and uncomfortable, made worse by the AC vents being in the ceiling BEHIND the curtains (the only window coverings). When the curtains were closed, there was little to cooking. With the windows open, you find yourself trying to sleep with streetlights glaring at eye level. PROS: Beautiful, famous building, nice staff, clean, quiet CONS: Hot, lousy AC and light control due to poorly designed window treatments. I teach art history and was excited to stay in this iconic building. It kills me to leave this bad review.

We loved pretty much everything about the hotel with the exception of it being a tourist attraction. Tourists would come to visit the rooftop bar and with only 2 elevators, it would take some time to get an elevator to go up to our floor. It’s a bit of a walk to Charles Bridge (Karlov Most) and old town city center, but it’s a nice walk along the Vltava river. The rooms were cleaned daily and the air conditioning was a life saver on those hot and humid days. They had a great breakfast every morning for the guests with eggs, sausages, cereals, smoked salmon, yogurt, fruits and a lot more. Overall it’s a great place to stay and would highly recommend it.

Priceless views of Prague Castle and the river. Hated that the AC turns off when you leave. The temps were in the 90's and the room was so hot. It took an hour just to cool the room down. The maid came in even when we had the do not disturb sign on. That person left a dirty tea cup on bedet toilet which made me think the room was not cleaned well. The bathroom was gorgeous, but it was hard to take a shower without spilling water everywhere.

NO ELIGAN ESTE LUGAR Como arquitecta me emociona mucho quedarme ahí aún estando lejos de todo lo q hay q ver La regadera no tenia agua No habían revisado o si…. Y no les importó dar esa habitación … La regadera móvil fue retirada y pusieron un tapón provisional q aparte de verse terrible no funcionaba Fui con una persona de 70 años y la respuesta fue, no podemos hacer nada no hay técnico y no hay otra habitación ( no crecieron ningún tipo de compensación) ni siquiera una disculpa Había apretar un botón (el q cambia el sentido del agua de la regadera móvil, el cual el hombre que fue a revisarla no podía presionarlo sin hacer sonidos de esfuerzo de lo duro que estaba, y su respuesta fue “agua si hay pero tiene q apretar el botón, así q. Agua si hay” y esa fue su única respuesta

Our 5 days at Dancing House were magnificent, ideally situated for getting out and about and very close to a tram stop. The hotel itself, in my opinion , could not be faulted. A truly memorable trip.
