Location was excellant, you could walk to most of the places of interest. Staff were helpful and bedroom was nice and clean. Only real downside was the state of a large velux bedroom window blind which was badly damaged and very poorly repaired.

The room was clean and the maids attended to them daily, but they don’t change the sheets. Breakfast was served every morning with loads of options, such as eggs, sausages and the usual breakfast food items. Their baked goods were tasty. They also served some sliced fruit like pineapple and kiwi. Coffee is free all day and they have a coffee machine by the reception desk. The coffee is decent enough. There is like a very small reading area on the second floor that overlooks the breakfast hall, which is nice if you want to catch up on some reading. Location is the best feature of the hotel. It’s next to everything. Next to a Lidl if you need food, just 5 min walk to old town square, and not far from Charles bridge. It’s also not far from the local train station if you want to venture out. The local area is also a shopping district so if you want to do any shopping, you can. Location alone makes the hotel very worth the stay.

Really convenient hotel but located in the plaza area so if you have heavy luggage be prepared as a car cannot drop you off or pick you up right outside. The walk to a pick up point though is not far! Staff were lovely and friendly.

Stayed here for 2 nights on a solo trip. The room was clean and spacious, very comfy bed and pillows. Bathroom was big with an enormous shower. A hearty breakfast was provided, although the sausages and hash browns were cold on both occasions. Although a 24 hr coffee/tea was provided, this was only in the eating area. A 4 * hotel should provide coffee machines in every room, rather then having to go out of your room and on to another floor to use this facility. Fantastic location, so easy to get around.
