Over all our stay was amazing, staff were so helpful, the front desk helped us to get our taxi after my cell phone had a problem to hire uber taxi that was a plus..and we caught our flight just in time. I recommended this hotel..looking forward to stay again whenever I am in Prague.

The reception staff was excellent and very helpful. The morning buffet was great with many selections; however the restaurant staff did not know how to descale the coffee machine. Another consideration is that the hotel does not have an elevator, it would be challenging if you have a heavy luggage.

We stayed here just one night before continuing our journey. The room was on the small size and very hot, although a fan was provided. The drains in the bathroom smelled. The breakfast selection was very good. It was ok for one night.

An old but charming building in a convenient area of ​​the new city. Very close to trams and the metro stop. Friendly and helpful staff, rooms large enough, even if with a little old furniture. Great boutique hotel in a very central spot so it easy to walk anywhere in the city. Clean. Decent sized room. Decent breakfast. Only complaint is that the carpet in the room held onto some odours and that the bathroom had poor air circulation.
