Tolle Location, großes Zimmer und nettes Personal! Leider hat das Bad durchgehend sehr unangenehm gerochen. Kein Aufzug, wie mussten mit Kinderwagen so einige Treppen erklimmen.

Beim Personal kam es darauf an, wer. Die junge Dame an der Reception war sehr freundlich. Beim Frühstück hatte man das Gefühl, dass das Personal in der Küche herumkomandiert wird, die arme Mitarbeiterin wirkte ganz eingeschüchtert und entsprechend nicht sehr freundlich, obwohl sie das sicher ist. Beim Frühstück lohnt es sich, früh da zu sein. Wenn man später kommt findet man keine grosse Auswahl mehr. Unser Zimmer war recht gross, die Lage ist gut, mit dem Tram ist man in Windeseile im Zentrum.

Mały hotel w zabytkowym przykościelnym budynku, w niedużej odległości od centrum, Blisko przystanki tramwajowe i stacja metra. W hotelu czysto, przyjemnie, przed wejściem nieduży ogródek z widokiem na Kościół św Jana . Pokoje wygodne i czyste. Cicho pomimo okien wychodzących na ulice. Śniadania w formie bufetu, w pokoju zestaw do samodzielnego zrobienia kawy i herbaty. Obsługa sympatyczna i uczynna. Brak parkingu i słabe WIFI.

Très bien sous conditions

Situation : 30 min en taxi de l’aéroport et 10 min en tram du cœur de la ville où il faut se rendre pour trouver un restaurant. Hôtel : réception 24/24. Accueil chaleureux ou minimaliste selon la personne au desk. Notre arrivée était très sympathique. Petit déjeuner bon, varié. Propreté générale irréprochable. Chambre : nous étions dans la 1, en rez-de-chaussée devant la réception. La chambre est très spacieuse, à la décoration spartiate, salle de bains très agréable hormis les remarques plus bas. Matelas mou sur planche rigide -> aïe ! Aucune nuisance sonore liée à l’hôtel mais le bruit de la rue est pénible, on a l’impression que le tram passe dans la chambre. Et malheureusement les fenêtres ne filtrant ni le bruit ni les odeurs, les fumeurs de l’hôtel s’installant sur une petite table devant la fenêtre de la salle de bain embaument la pièce. Dommage. D’autant plus que la peinture sur la vitre n’assure pas forcément une intimité garantie donc on fait ses besoins dans le noir si on est pudique. En résumé je pense que c’est un bon hôtel avec si possible une chambre à l’étage et pas côté rue.

I had a great time thanks to the wonderful staff that always was one step ahead providing top of the line service. For example I had a very late arrival to the Hotel from the airport and the staff arranged sandwiches for me so I dident have to go out again to find something to eat. They were very helpful during all of my stay.and very friendly. The breakfest was also very good. otherwise the room was typical for a three star hotel nothing luxury or extra but the nearest suroundings and also the garden was very special and nice. I can defintely recommend this Hotel.

Sfeervol hotel op goede plek

Fijn hotel met een ruime kamer, 24 uur aardig personeel, een prettige tuin met terras, en een prima ontbijt. Het is heel rustig maar toch centraal gelegen. De oude stad is te lopen (een krap halfuur naar de Karelsbrug of het plein), maar bij de hotelbalie koop je OV-dagkaarten voor een klein bedrag, wat ideaal is. De tramhaltes zijn vlakbij. Genoeg supermarktjes in de buurt, en dicht bij de rivier, waar het gezellig is. Er was geen airco, maar dat was opgelost met een grote ventilator, wat prima was.

Un très bel hôtel avec du charme

Cet hôtel est vraiment beau. Son petit jardin nous a directement séduis. En ce qui concerne notre chambre, il n'y a pas grand chose à dire. Elle était grande et spacieuse. Cependant, nous avons eu un problème qui a gâché nos nuits. Il a fait horriblement chaud. Soit on ouvrait les fenêtres (une des fenêtres était bloquée) mais il y avait du bruit, soit on suffoquait. Je suis bien conscient que ce n'est pas directement imputable à l'hôtel mais nos deux nuits ont été très dure. Autre petit problème, le niveau d'anglais de certaines réceptionnistes était très hasardeux. Dernier point, dans la description il était indiqué qu'il existait un transport gratuit entre la gare et l'hôtel. Il semblerait que ça ne soit pas le cas (déception). Par contre, je ne peux pas le garantir car cette hôtesse ne parlait vraiment pas bien anglais.

Nettes kleines Hotel nahe der Altstadt

Das Hotel ist ein altes Pfarrhaus, direkt neben einer Kirche. Die Innen- bzw. Altstadt ist in 10 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Alte Möbel passen zum Stil des Hauses. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Frühstück war ausreichend und lecker. Ich/Wir empfehlen das Hotel jedenfalls weiter.

Hotel má skvelú polohu, zamestnanci hotela sú usmiaty, milí a ústretoví. Raňajky boli vynikajúce a výbava izby bola super. Ocenil som najmä rýchlovarnú kanvicu priamo na izbe - nechýbala ponuka čajov, kávy, cukor, smotana. Izba bola útulná, dobre izolovaná, kúrenie fungovalo na jednotku. Určite odporúčam! :-)

Čistý, útulný hotel, v bývalé barokní faře, moc zajímavé prostředí hned vedle kostela, na recepci příjemní lidé, snídané také o.k., pokoj čistý, jediný mínus je to, že je slyšet doprava hned vedle na silnici.

Great hotel

It is a very good hotel in a very good location. It is about 20-30 minutes walk to most touris spots. The hotel is clean and staff very helpful. The complimentary breakfast is very good with healthy choices.

Bra hotell

Mycket nöjd med allt. Man kan be om filterkaffe (eller andra kaffedrycker) vid frukosten utan extra kostnad så att man slipper pulverkaffet. Mysig och romantisk atmosfär. Högt i tak, höga fönster, perfekt läge. Vi promenerade till gamla stan på 20 min.
