Superior-huone oli hyvä eikä lisähinta perustasoon nähden ollut paha. Muutoin ihan perustason ok hotelli. Aamiainen ei ollut mikään loistelias, mutta menetteli.

Un hôtel assez bien situé car proche du centre ville, avec de nombreux trams pour rejoindre le site principaux sites. Le personnel a été d’une gentillesse incroyable et a tout fait pour me rendre le séjour agréable.

Ich war zum zweiten Mal im King Charles. Plüschiger Schick, wer`s mag! Lediglich das Frühstück ist nicht zu empfehlen. Ab 8:30 Uhr ist das Budget weitgehend leer, der Nachschub klappt dann nur mäßig

Me gustó porque estaba bien comunicado. A 2 minutos linea de tranvia y a 10 minutos linea de metro. No me gustaron las instalaciones en general. El hotel estaba bastante sucio y los colchones de la cama se hundian de lo antiguos que serian.

Trevlig personal, fruktansvärt rum. ACn funderade inte, listerna i badrummet var ruttna, det var hål i golvet i hallen, sängen var inte färdigbäddad och hissen kändes fruktansvärt osäker då det regnade in i den.

We had high expectations to this hotel because of the earlier rewievs but ended up extremely dissapointed. We booked a superior room and the first night of our stay the bed broke. We were moved to a better room, but without an apology. The new room had a jacuzzi but it didnt work, like many other features in our room. The breakfast could have been great but the breakfast service was shockingly lazy. The placement of the hotel stands out as a positive feature. Major dissapointment..

De kamer was heel erg gehorig. Wij hebben het aangegeven en konden een andere kamer krijgen. De receptionisten zijn heel erg vriendelijk. Bij het ontbijt spreken ze slecht Engels maar met een transelator konden we ons toch duidelijk maken. Ook daar vroegen wij op chocoladepasta en kwamen ze er mee aan. Dus qua gastvrijheid super! De kamers waren heel schoon. Dit vind ik toch het belangrijkste van het hele verblijf. Verder prijs/kwaliteitverhouding super! Het ontbijt was heel lekker. Gekookte eieren, gebakken ei of roerei, worst, croissants, jam, etc.. Echt voor ieder wat wils. De enige tip die ik heb is, neem oordoppen mee.

Telefon nefungoval ...

Byli jsme tam sice jen jednu noc... Nefungovala vana, takze jsem musela po napusteni vany se open oblect a jit na recepci se zeptat, proc ta vana nefunguje, bohuzel nefungoval ani telefon v ten den :), takze volat proc mi nefunguje vana, bylo zbytecne :) Moc televiznich kanalu take nefungovala, a to jeste ne zrovna super obraz... Oznamila jsem to v noci slecne na recepci, moc ji neslo rozumet v Cestine. Vubec nemela zajem neco resit. Kdyz jsem ji oznamila, ze nefunguje telefon, stroze odpovedela, ze o tom vi (a ani se neobtezovala se omlouvit). V koupelne byla whirpool, nikdo mi nerekl, ze ji nesmime pouzivat, a po napusteni vany, kdy to nefungovala a ja nevedela, jak to zactivovat, jsem se musela obleci a jit na recepci, jelikoz ani ten telefon nefungoval, mi slecna rekla, ze na to nemam narok. Dalsi prekvapeni byla komoda, ktera byla otocena naopak ke zdi (zadek komody vpredu a supliky na zed), jsme zjistili, ze je to rozbite, proto to otocili :) Docela me udivilo chovani slecny na recepci, totalni nezajem neco resit. Jelikoz mi rikala, ze nikdo v hotelu ted neni, tak se nic proste neopravi. Chtela jsem mluvit s nekym nadrizenym, zarucila se, ze zitra nam pani zavola, do ted nikdo nevolal...Skoda pro takovy hezky hotel, jinak nabytek a zarizeni je krasne, ale chce to trosku vice udrzby. Snidane byla dobra, pani doplnovala, kdyz neco doslo. Hotel ma krasnou atmosferu, ale chce to v necem zlepsit :)

Toll war's - jederzeit wieder :-)

Nettes Hotel in zentrumsnaher Lage. Die Straßenbahnhaltestelle liegt 2 Gehminuten entfernt. Schönes Zimmer und Bad mit Badewanne. Leider ging der Whirlpool nicht und das warme Wasser für eine zweite Wannenfüllung "fehlte". Das Frühstücksbuffet war klasse! Wer da nichts findet soll mal in den eigenen Kühlschrank schauen. Würden jederzeit wieder dort übernachten!

pěkný hotel za skvělou cenu

Koupelna trochu slabší, ale čistota v pořádku. Televize bez českých programů překvapí. Úžasně klidné místo, 10 minut pěšky na Karlák. Výborná snídaně. Dostatek parkovacích mist přímo před hotelem. Milá obsluha.

The hotel must have been beautiful in its day, but is now well past its best. Beautiful furnishings in the room, but really cheap stained roller blimd at the window. Jacuzzi bath didn’t work, light bulb out in the bathroom, kettle and cups provided but no tea bags or milk. Sloping roof in bedroom made it impossible to move around without banging your head. No television reception. Breakfast good, but you had to navigate your way around cages of linen used for propping open fire doors to get there. Garden is all over grown. Well located, 10 min walk into town. Staff pleasant and helpful. The whole hotel is in desperate need of a refurbishment.

Convenient place to stay with car.

Great place to stay if you have a car. Parking in street right by hotel is free at night and on weekends. Liked the bathtub but jets didn’t work. Breakfast was good. Tram stop very close. Easy tram ride to old square or castle.

スーツケースがあるならタクシーで

最も近いメトロのヴィシェフラド駅から歩きましたが、かなり急な坂道を下らなくてはならず不便です。帰りはそんな坂を登る勇気はなかったのでエアポートシャトルの送迎を利用しました。 近くにスーパーマーケットがありますが品揃えは余りよくありません。 ホテルの部屋はクラシックな雰囲気でエアコンも効いているのはよいのですが、バスルームは少し清潔感にかけました。湯沸し器もきれいではなく使う気になりませんでした。中二階の部屋でしたが、窓を開けるとタバコの煙が上がってくるの気になりました。 最悪だったのはチェックアウト時。食べてもいないミニバーのチョコレート代を請求されたことです。バーの中身には一切触れておらず全く身に覚えのないことで、「絶対食べてない、そちらの勘違いだ」と言うと、「そこまで言うなら払わなくてよい」とのこと。支払わずに済んだものの疑いを持たれたままでモヤモヤした気持ちが残りました。 観光の中心地からのアクセスも悪いですしあまりオススメできません。

Teníamos una habitación superior (se supone que más grande de lo normal) pero era justita de espacio y las camas eran pequeñas. La zona de desayuno no tenía muchas mesas y según la hora a la que bajases, tenías problemas para encontrar sitio y faltaba comida (tardaban mucho en reponer)

Отель замечательный. Очень уютный, чистый. В номерах есть кондиционер, фен, чайник. Кровати удобные. В номерах, выходящих во двор очень тихо. Хорошие завтраки: яичница, омлет, сосиски, колбасы, ветчина, несколько сортов сыра, тушеные овощи, мюсли, йогурт, оладьи, фрукты, хороший кофе. Персонал вежливый и внимателен. Всегда окажут информационную помощь.
