Location was good and this is the only thing that intercedes for it frankly and also, but the apartment is old and very dirty and honestly the owner put cleaning spray and towel, but the apartment needs more cleanliness and we visited Prague in the new year period and the weather is very cold and the heaters did not work well, so they will remain frozen throughout the period

The place is not a luxury 5 star apartment, HOWEVER, it has everything else. Its location is perfect and it was charming. The staff was great and helpful. My only compliment would be the lack of an elevator. It would not be an issue if we hasn't stayed in the penthouse. We would definitely stay there again.

Asked for a handicapped accessible room. Reception was down a flight of stairs, and our room was up one flight of stairs. Pull out couch broken, dishes were not clean, internet was slow and didnt work for hours at a time. When i asked about it, a man told me, "Well no internet for you then." I was so unimpressed and intimidated by staff, that I didnt ask for linens, or help again. The TV had no channels also no phone in the room.

it was a troublesome experience as there was no reception at the apartment. the reception is located approximatrly 10mins walk away from the unit and it was a hassle to bring our luggages around. there was no air conditioning available at the unit so we woke up in sweat, even with all the windows open. Bear in mind that there's a convenient store located downstairs of the apartment but our experience was plauged by drunk tourists shouting in the dead of the night. Wouldnt recommend the stay, unless good location is the only factor youre looking for. not worth the price we paid.

LOCATION is wonderful, very convenient and felt safe, but the following made our stay unpleasant: COMFORT: The room is a good size but has a bad setup that leaves barely any space to get into bed… simple fix, but they asked not to move the furniture. There’s also no place to hang any clothing or to open up a suitcase. Not even a hook to hang a coat. Easy fix: put up a bar in the hollow of the wall and make shelves below… no need for the old wooden table that sticks out for the TV that can be hung on the wall. The tiny wardrobe that has the unattached “safe” is just another piece that sticks out to bump into during the night as you navigate around the corner of the bed. CLEANLINESS: Place is not very clean. Dust bunnies in corners, dirty around the shower and trash bin, dusty towel heater, stained bottom vanity drawer. AMENITIES: Safety deposit box is not attached to anything. You can literally pick it up and take it out of the room. In addition, the initial code needs to be given by the reception that’s closed on weekends. Check in codes were not sent via email. Had I not had a travel chip in my phone, I’d have been outside who knows how long (reception closed weekends and after hours). There’s an old ironing board but no iron. There’s a hairdryer I didn’t use but looked pretty decent. Tea kettle but no coffee maker. CONDITION: Bathroom heater doesn’t work. Towels are thin, old and discolored. No soap. Floor tiles are all cracked as is the vanity. Shame; could be great.

Mysigt gammalt hus

Mysig lägenhet med allt man behöver, dessutom nära torget i gamla stan. Vi bodde i penthouse tre långa trappor utan hiss och det var väl inte det bästa för oss som har dåliga knän. Trevlig och hjälpsam personal.

Bien en general, repetiría. Ubicación perfecta. Falto de pequeños detalles como poca luz en el comedor-habitación, cocina suficiente para desayunos pero no para preparar comidas-cenas, mínimos utensilios de cocina, poco detalle al dejar un estropajo usado y no uno nuevo

Meget støj om natten

Værelset var pænt og rent. Værterne var hjælpsomme. Parkering på gaden mod betaling. I hjertet af Prag. Et stort minus var støjen var barer, der holdt os vågen hele natten, samt støj fra overbo og private fester. Efter tre dage uden søvn, glædede vi os til at komme videre.

Het was een mooi en ruim appartement. Gordijnen waren een paar een beetje kapot. We waren vertraagd en na het bellen met de receptie hebben ze gewacht tot we er waren, erg fijn! Als je voor de rust en vooral een goede nachtrust komt dan is dit geen aanrader, veel nachtleven komt langs het appartement. Kan het zeker aanbevelen.

Appartement très bien situé à proximité du centre de la vieille ville et du Pont Charles et également près des lignes de transport. Bonne propreté, chauffage un peu juste pour celui au 2e étage, différence par rapport à celui du 1er. Seul point négatif les nuits du Vendredi et Samedi sont bruyantes rue étroite et beaucoup de passages durant ces nuits

The worst experience in my life 一生人住過最差酒店/旅館

The worst hotel I have ever stay! Poor facility! Poor management! No hot water to shower! This hotel only make 10000 excuses to cover their fault! 一生人住過最差酒店/公寓！在布拉格只有3度寒冷天氣下，也只能沖冰凍水涼，連續住4晚，酒店拒絕換房，亦表示暫時未能維修、因熱水系統正在預訂。為拖延旅客不滿，酒店每日都捏造很多藉口，更一度主動表示給予折扣，當然，只是他們拖延技倆，到最後一分錢也沒減，甚至連對不起也沒有。除了熱水系統失靈外，房間清潔亦是一個大問題，還有，晚，當你捱凍水沖涼後上床睡覺，你會在半夜聽到房間出現不尋常聲音，包括杯子在枱上劃過的聲響，對愛好挑戰旅客來說，也不失為一個選擇。

Sehr zentral gelegen! Einfaches, preisgünstiges Zimmer mit Kochnische. Kühlschrank, Mikrowelle, TV. Schönes Badezimmer mit Regendusche. Total hellhörig! Eingangstüre braucht dringend Oel! Und wer die Gespräche der Zimmernachbarn mithören will, ist hier genau richtig.

Very dispappointing! We were given a different location not the Old Town - Aparthotel Michalska Hotel as we booked. I called to report to expedia about the hotel that was given to us and we were advised that they will call us within 24 hrs but to no avail, never heard anything back from expdedia. We were on the phone for over an hour but waited for nothing! When they gave us the keys, they made us walk almost a qtr mile with our luggages from where we register to get to the hotel location. When we get to the bldg we had to asked several people were to get access to enter to the main gate of the building until a resident couple came and assisted us, we felt so helpless and tired waiting for almost an hour to get into the hotel.Building was very old and we felt unsafe at that time. This hotel booking experience with expedia was really unacceptable! We were deceived with the picture shown in your website we paid so much money only to get an inconvinience for this recent trip. Customer service didn't even reply back nor didn't provide any courtesy notification as they mentioned in our phone conversation.

Modernt men med nackdelar

++ Läget, nära till det mesta i gamla stan. + Fräscht fint kaklat badrum med regndush och tvättmaskin. Handdukstork. Men var är alla knoppar/krokar!!?? Finns två ”nischar” men ingenstans att hänga något. Fukten försvinner bra med utsug i taket. + Modernt kök men inte så stor kyl. Ingen diskmaskin och bara en vask vilket inte underlättar handdisk. Inga grytlappar om man vill anv ugn bara en kökshandduk. — Lägenheten är mot gatan (välj mot innegård om det finns), oväsen större delen av dygnet. Fönsterna stoppar bara till viss del. Lägenheten har ingen aircondition bara en golvfläkt som låter som ett mindre propellerplan. Inget man med fördel använder på natten. Öppna fönstrerna är inte att tänka på med alla fyllskallar som brölar hela natten. Blir så varmt i lägenheten, VÄRDELÖST!! Då var det ändå ”normal” sommartemperatur. - Denna lägenhet hade som ett litet förrum, innan man går ut till trapphuset, när man öppnar lägenhetsdörren. Detta ”rum” delas med lägenheten mittemot och man hör tydligt när dom kommer och går. - Återigen en värdelös bäddsoffa, hård och helt enkelt skitdålig. Sängarna ganska hårda, kuddarna stora och ganska dåliga men det är ju en smaksak. - Fåtölj med lite väl smutsiga armstöd och tyg. Incheckning 200 m från lägenheten, fungerade dock bra. 50€ deposition för nycklar. Städavgift 15€.
