Lovely staff and great location by the river. Worth getting a river view if you can. Our shower leaked but staff were quick to try and fix the issue. Lovely pool and sauna.

Very nice and generous hotel. Our Junior Suite was very big and conveniently furnished. Nice and friendly staff. The hotel is on an excellent location. Almost every tourist site is reachable by foot. Unfortunately, the cleaning of the room was not that good than the rest of the hotel, the shower soap has not been refilled and also the air conditioning did not react on our settings on the dashboard. But all in all we had a very good and satisfying stay and can recommend the hotel with very good feelings.

The check in was the only flaw in service. We had an awful time trying to get checked in, it was probably 45 minutes before they even got one person checked in in the line in front of us. I don’t know what it happened that day if it was just a fluke? But the facility in the staff after that totally made up for that little inconvenience! Have a wonderful place to stay, and a great location!

The hotel was good for shopp,And Restaurant.But the service in the restaurant was awful. The people did not say good morning. Our clean the table off we you come to look for and table. You always had to look for someone. And then did not come any table and say is everything is okay. The only young lady that made the omelette in the morning she was very friendly. But at the woman was in stress, while she had to do it alone. Until and young man had help her,He came with and cap on and made the waffle. But not clean his uniform, he was not really help for the woman that was making the omelette. I think the hotel was very clean but Service was awfully in restaurant, and service in front desk night was even awful . The security guard at night had to call someone to come in front, we had to wait around 20min. And the young man did not say good evening . He just ask for my name and gave us the key and to,d us what time breakfast was and we it located, and the swim pool and beauty lounge. I think they need to learn about Service on howto handle there guest. While that is and super Hotel and the rooms were super.

We were given a handicapped room. The room was smelly , the room had no boiler water. The fridge was not clean. The toilet did not flush properly. We complained to expedia and they offered a complimentary fruit dish that was never delivered.

Great hotel overall. Structure was a bit dated and windows could use a good cleaning but those are quite trivial comments. Bedroom was great and the view from 411 is lovely. Bathrooms could do with a slight upgrade though to reflect the rest of the room.

The President Hotel Prague while markets itself as a 5-star hotel, did not fully align with that standard. The room design left much to be desired in terms of functionality. There was a noticeable lack of storage space — no commodes or shelves — and the overall room layout felt inconvenient. It was also difficult to find accessible electrical sockets for charging devices, which is a small but significant frustration for any traveler. The Wi-Fi connection was weak and unreliable throughout my stay, which further impacted convenience. Additionally, one of the wardrobe hinges was broken, which contributed to a feeling of neglect in maintenance. Another downside was the absence of a gym. While the hotel does offer a SPA, it is not the same for someone who just need a short exercise and not a fancy procedure and obviously short from what one might expect from a 5-star property. On a more positive note, the hotel enjoys a great location, with easy access to many key attractions in Prague. The bar on the 6th floor offers a pleasant atmosphere and is staffed by friendly personnel. Overall, The President Hotel Prague currently falls short of delivering a true 5-star experience due to the accumulation of small, yet impactful issues.

Upon arrival I felt welcome, Nothing short of outstanding from the staff. However. The room that I had booked was not the room I stayed in. I was up charged for a room. The air wasnt working in the room and it was wildly hot throughout my stay. Outside of that it was a nice hotel.

Really lovely hotel. Great check-in, room, facilities and location. Good price too. Only issues we had was slow checkout and the bars in hotel and rooftop being quite expensive. Everything was excellent otherwise and wholly recommend.
