Apparently a disconnect between the individual apt owner, hotels.com, and the front desk. Also pool was never open yet—one of the main reasons we selected it. Also property is not a hotel. "O atendimento foi excelente, o pessoal muito receptivo, atencioso estão de parabéns, porém o quarto não tinha uma limpeza adequada, lustres da parede na cama totalmente sujos, muita poeira, casa de aranha e para completar um escorpião no banheiro, minha esposa ficou desesperada por conta do nosso filho. A área de laser é muito boa para as crianças só falta uma limpeza na escultura pois tem bastante lodo mas no geral a área e ótima e meu filho gostou bastante."
