"Decepcionante, para começar, peguei um quarto e não percebi que o banheiro era de cortina, entrei em contato com o Hotéis.com e diretamente com o hotel para tentar alterar para um quarto superior com blindex, assim que entrei para fazer a reserva, o sistema me disse que eu teria até às 18h para cancelar ou alterar, mas quando fui tentar junto ao hotéis.com me disseram que não tinha como, pois na reserva estava que não poderia ser alterada. "The location of this place is PARADISE. It hangs off of mountains; the view is unbelievable. Staff is outstanding: everyone is so kind and welcoming. There are multiple levels of balconies overlooking the ocean plus chairs in the boat deck. You can just jump in the water from there or use their stand up paddles snd kayaks for free."
