"Nice employees but major management problems. Not enough employees at critical times (long lines/wait). No maintenance on duty. First room had non-working toilet. After waiting in line was moved (no maint) to a second room which had no a/c … setpoint 65 but temp 81 blowing warm air. Waited in line again to get moved to third room. Temp was 82 in this room but when turned to a/c it felt like it was cooling. Took 5 hours to cool down to 70 Poorly run, I feel bad for the help."

"Was awakened by the security guard banging on our neighbors door over and over saying open up open up then there was an alarm that kept going off over and over and over it smelt like cigarette smoke. It was fairly clean, but it had a little bit of damage to the room, my son went out to get in the hot tub, and there was no one out there, and he was told to leave. There was no signage saying the hours of the hot tub since we were awake so early he decided to go get in the hot tub about 8 o’clock in the morning. The security guard came down and said you gotta get out the hot tub doesn’t open till nine, but there was no signage. It was a terrible experience."
