"Kaiserhof is a very unique, small hotel. It is centrally located in Ried, close to the town square and within walking distance of shops and restaurants. Staff is enormously helpful and goes out of their way to insure your comfort. This was our second time staying there and we would recommend it highly to anyone having business or personal reasons to travel to Ried i. Innkreiss and the surrounding area."

"Staff was wonderful. Easy access and great location."

"At the crest of the gorge but above the main road so very little noise. The staff were very helpful. The bedroom was I perfect condition as was the en suite bathroom. Unfortunately the dinner menu was limited but the receptionist suggested 4 hostelries near by. Breakfast was great. A short walk into the gorge is included in the price. "As before, a great stay. Clean and very comfortable beds. Nice restaurant near by and vending machines. Great base for sightseeing trips"

"Good value, excellent location for our needs. Nice hiking, beautiful towns around."

"It suited me perfectly. Very Quiet and in a beautiful country area. Breakfast was nice. Loved all the animals Llamas, goats, geese, chickens, kittens and a lovely golden Labrador. This would be paradise for a young family."

"I arrived late but could get a nice dinner. Next morning I loved the breakfast as well. Very good variety.."

"Such a unique hotel and the people are wonderful. Very helpful and friendly. My wife and I would DEFINITELY stay there again. Truly unique"

"Very nice hotel, excellent breakfast, nice room."

"The hotel room was so small; my wife, baby, and I were in the room, and it was too small for us. The hotel charged us for the baby bed 45 euros per night, although it was confirmed by Expedia that the baby bed is free of charge, there was missunderstanding as they mixed between two reservations and we didn't get the right room for us, the Hotel rated 4 stars but there was no elevator and i have to carry or luggage to the first floor and go on stairs, there was no tooth brush, Sanitary kit,...
