"We had the King Pool Suite for 5 night. First night we were on street side which was loud due to the volleyball courts across the street. The mgmt changed us to Villa 9 which was in the back and perfectly situated. A very positive experience with our butler, Neand, who was there for us at all hours. He seemed to respond to us during our entire stay regardless of time. Excellent job from him and better than any other butler service we have had before. Actually, the entire staff from serving staff to people in the spa provided top-notch and friendly service. "

I went during rain season and suggest you do to. I planned outing before or after. 5 minutes after rain you wouldn't know it. Places like Angkor Wat not as crowded lines not nearly as long....pack you and your families bags family friendly and affordable "
