"I have stayed here before with no problems. The hotel was sold out this weekend. I told the desk on Thursday and Friday that I was planning to arrive. I also told the desk that I would be checking in after 11pm. I got there and I was given a room key and someone was already in the room. The desk said they did not have a record of anyone in the room. So we were given another room and it was empty. I had tried to call the desk 3 times to have them come upstairs to help with the key situation and someone was on the phone and did not answer."

"Breakfast was above average. Hottub was not working. Outdoor area was beat up andvrun down. Room was comfortable. The staff was amazing. Good value for the price."

"There was very very little food. I counted a dozen packets of instant oat meal and about 5 oz of milk. That was it. There were laud obnoxious guest down the hall yelling at each other, there were always people standing right out side the external doors smoking. I think because this establishment has specials for weekly rates, it attracts a lot of homeless people staying at a cheap price."

"Couldn't find my reservation at first but found it by the time I checked out. Also told us the shuttle could pick us up at the concert but when we called we were told it was too late and they couldn't. "

"Breakfast was on point, staff was great, the hotel was nice. I would not pay 300 a night which is what they wanted for Saturday night but all in all the hotel is very nice. "
