La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Conference Center Prescott

10/10 Excellent
"Our room was clean and ready for our stay. We used the pool which was also clean and well maintained. Breakfast was good, yes the eggs are a little watery but I think thats due to the steam created by the dome that covers them. Everything tasted good and was available. The only issues we had were the pub attatched to the hotel wasn't very attentive. We went in for food and never got greeted or given menus so we left and ordered food. One of the over night staff members didnt acknowledge me standing waiting to pay for an item from their store, waited around t mins before he looked at me and I asked how I pay for this. Other than those 2 minor things our stay was excellent!"

Forest Villas Hotel - Prescott

Forest Villas Hotel - Prescott

8/10 Good
"Overall, we enjoyed our stay. The front desk staff was super friendly and helpful (Naiomi, Bob and Rebecca.) The included breakfast buffet was also very good. Kudos to Al who maintained the food and breakfast area. The food was good and there was a good variety. They even supply gluten free bread which my husband needed due to celiac. The only issue we had was housekeeping. We asked for the latest possible housekeeping as we werenโ€™t going to be getting up very early. The room was clean on our arrival on Tuesday evening. The next day we left for an appointment and returned after dinner to find that housekeeping had not been there. We had no towels, etc. which the front desk supplied for us. The next day they came but the bed was barely made. Basically just pulled up. That was the only downside to our stay. I would recommend staying here, just watch the housekeeping."

"Brunch at the peacock room was sensational. Hotel feels like the great gatsby stopped in for a visit. Live outdoor music on a wonderful semi private patio with food and drink service. The elevator is original and uniquely special. Coffee girl was lovely. Bartender had a great sense of humor. The experience started at check in with the most engaging young woman, who continued to be helpful throughout our stayโฃ๏ธ"

"I love this hotel. Iโ€™m all about staying in historic places. The staff is friendly and our room is always clean and comfortable. The location is the best! The parking lot on the side of the building is great. However, the upper balcony looks like it will come crashing down any minute, and the large cracks in the outer brick walls give me serious pause. I would love to see this amazing building get the TLC it needs and deserves."
