"The location is not far from Sedona or Jerome which was nice. We had the free continental breakfast our first night with eggs, bacon, waffle maker, pastries, toast, juices, coffee, etc. The second night our key wasn’t working to get in, and when I went to inquire they had a sign that now instead of the free continental breakfast it was going to be a $20 per room voucher to their partner restaurant BV’s. We looked at the menu and there was no way two people "

"I requested an upstairs room on three occasions- initial booking, pre-check in and at check in. Was not given one so listened to loud footsteps. Property pictures show pretty Mountain Views. Our view was a parking lot behind the airport. We were charged twice for room and had to wait for it to be cleared up at check in. Room was very nice."

"Clean rooms, equipped with everything you need for cooking, very spacious and enjoyable! The property was gorgeous and there's many things to do to keep you entertained. "

"The property is lovely. The room was clean and spacious. Check in was troubling as they hit you with hard sell to purchase units at the resort. Parking is painful as the resort is in the popular Uptown Sedona where public parking is scarce so they park in the resort’s parking lot. "

"The pool was good. The staff was friendly and helpful. The outside of the room had no lighting. The room has dusty vents and a/c. The most disturbing part was the lights kept turing on, on it's own. The bathroom door kept opening and closing on itself own. I did not get sleep at all. My children and I left tired and terrified. "
