Honestly no, the room was not clean. There was a soya sauce cap behind the curtain, what looked like cat/dog fur on the carpet and a burnt out globe in the bedside lamp. Whilst presentable, I'm not sure 4 star is where we should be for an Accor hotel.

3 days booked - did not even manage to get into a room. Do not keep to their word if you are booking in after hours - so dont even bother. Staff are NOT accommodating at all. Owner lied about being able to help and left people sitting in the car for 9 hours until they graciously opened their reception ...

Everything was great however the cleanliness of the room and bathroom were not up to standard. There were hand prints all up the walls and the shower had brown stuff all over the door and seals etc and looked like it had not been cleaned
