"Good experience all round. The breakfast selection is better than my previous stays. The only slight negative is that on the last day, I wanted to get my bill while the reception was quiet at breakfast time before the check out rush but the receptionist advised me that due to a new system, if I got the bill, the room would no longer be accessible."

"Second time staying here in the past month. First time was excellent, this time not so good. The bathroom lights didn’t work in the first allocated room so I was moved to another room. In the second room the spare bed was dirty and upon retrieving the extra pillows from the top of the wardrobe, I found them to be filthy. Not just a little dirty, but disgustingly dirty. The lady on reception was very apologetic and helpful, but the standards this time around were well below standard. Such a shame as I thought we’d found a hidden gem at good rates but I would be hesitant to book here again."

"Very friendly staff, the room was very clean and bed was comfortable. The pool was full of kids so we didn't went for a swim. Breakfast was good and had many options. The car park was quite full and the spots were a bit tight (even worse because a lot of people didn't know how to park 🙃) But overall was a nice experience! Highly recommend it!"

"This property is being refurbished and during the day there is constant noise of drilling and banging. The walls of my room were vibrating from the drilling which seemed to be directly above. I received no advance warning of this work and it is not detailed in Expedia’s information about the place. The work starts promptly at 8.30 in the morning although Iheard builders moving around and talking at around 6.50am, which is unacceptable. In addition, there was no hot water on my second morning. Whilst the room was clean and comfortable and the staff were helpful and apologetic, I would stay away from here until all the refurbishment has been completed."
