We had a room that the toilet did not work!!! Waited for more than four hours for some one to come and repair it!! I finally did it my self!! Repair man showed up at 20:12 hours that night. Television did not work properly. No towels for our second day. One paper cup for the room!! I repeat ONE PAPER CUP

We had people partying in the room beside us until 4am. Called front desk but no one answered. When we got there the hallway had garbage and bedding blocking the halls. We had to step over the vacuum cleaner to get into our room. The bed was hard and very uncomfortable. We will not stay there again

Dirty, horrible food. They stole my $300 pillow and are pretending like they never saw it. It was a dark grey pillow case on white bedding. Clearly housekeeping took it and they’re playing dumb. Don’t stay here

Our room had a bad odor. There was only 1/2 a roll of toilet paper, the bathroom air vent was full of dust bunnies, 2 sugar packets and 1 coffee whitener for the in room coffee. The outside of the windows were very dirty. The staff were polite.

The front desk was very helpful. We booked a single queen room and was given a 2 x double room. When I asked, it was because they had no more 1 x queen rooms, but they were able to provide a 2 x queen room instead. The breakfast was a basic continental, but did include fresh waffles and hard boiled eggs that many do not provide.

Staff was unfriendly except the breakfast girl. no one greet, smile and any other service. parking was always full and staff wants us to remove our car from parking because they want someone else to park there. we had VIP access but did not receive anything. even coffee machine was not working. we paid full amount for room they charged us again when we reached there, we had no option that time and we had to pay them extra.

Dear Guest, We apologize for the staff's unfriendliness, we take pride in making our guests comfortable during their stay with us but seems we missed the mark this time, As far as the parking situation is concerned, you were asked to move your car from a bigger truck parking spot to the normal spot in the hotel parking space, there are signs as well about those spots to be saved for bigger trucks as they can't fit into the parkade, but small cars can. The room was indeed paid for online, however, it was only paid for 2 adults and 4 adults were staying, as per our conversation over the phone before your arrival date, you were advised for the extra charges to be paid at the hotel upon arrival and you agreed to pay. We apologize if there was any miscommunication on our part, Looking forward to welcoming you back with us and serving you better.

First there wasn’t any toilet paper in our room. Then there was someone smoking pot on our floor. Someone had a dog barking all the time. Very loud and beds weren’t made very well. Will not stay there again

Likely will not book again. Since there is an extra charge of $50.00 on my credit card. Compared to what the itinerary says and that was including taxes. Not only did we not get an extra towel for the third person I was going to pay for . The towel bar was falling out of the wall. Mirrors in the bathroom and main room were not clean.

The Lady at the front desk was super helpful. I have full size truck and trailer. Asked where I could park it, because the sign on the street said no parking overnight, and she gave me a pass to put in the dash and said they won’t ticket it if it has it on the dash

Beds and pillows were comfortable. The hotel seemed short on staff, as one morning at 7, there was no coffee and breakfast supplies had not been replenished. (Breakfast start time was 6). The person on the front desk was notified and they said they would come up to make coffee in a couple minutes, when done serving the person checking out.
