"Lovely hotel with modern rooms and friendly staff. Location is close to the main square and there are loads of lovely restaurants and bars within a few minutes on foot. Would definitely stay here again if back in Krakow."

"Julia was amazing! The day before my arrival she contacted me to confirm arrival time. She was very attentive. The location is very central and in a good area with everything no more than 20 minutes away walking. I would highly recommend for anyone to stay here. "

"Had to go down the street to get breakfast at a separate breakfast restaurant. Not very many choices and had to pay extra for juice. Great location and wonderful hotel staff. "
