"We had an incredible time at this ultra lovely hotel !! The staff were incredible !! Such lovely people who give you a very warm welcome !! The food was extremely nice all served around the lovely scenery of clacton beach !! The room was bright and airy but lacked a little table in front of the settee to put your tea / coffee on !! That bed was so comfortable and spacious !! The parking was easy to find and i must say a massive thank you to Charlie who really went out of his way to get us to the comrades when we couldn't book a cab due to unavailability !! "Really nice place, little bit tight on space to move around the bed but it is what it is. Floor is a little squeaky, so that made me a bit concerned for the people below with me walking around. But apart from that it was perfect for my weekend trip. And being so close to the sea front for a morning/evening walk or to fgo sun yourself on the beach it's in a brilliant location."

"Michael was great as a host and had terrific communication. The unit is spacious and well laid out. The only issue was the couch. It looked great but was uncomfortable. The propertv is a block away from the entertainment district. Perfect place for a weekend get away. "
