"Amazing staff"

"This was a good place overall. The pool outside of our room was awesome (in family section) and the room overall was great. The Bavaro beach was the way to go- great sand and lovely water! If you want to stay on the beach- don’t stay at the family princess section. You need to take a “train” from family section to the beach. They said it runs on Dominican time, but we honestly didn’t have to wait more than 5 min when we wanted to go. Otherwise it’s a 15 min walk. The family section could use some repair.. tiles missing on steps and in kids pool. My daughter cut her toe and foot twice on missing sections. My son has an allergy. Not allergy friendly at all, as most people at buffet don’t know if it contains the allergen or not. I didn’t love the food at the buffet and food at dinner was slightly better. At the dinner restaurants we told them of the allergy but one place made a mistake and I’m glad I am vigilant about it. It’s reasonably priced for what you get. If you opt for “shared transport” for airport transfer note that you are going with other people from other hotels. You may be making multiple stops which means it’ll take longer. Note: family princess section does not mean platinum. You can upgrade to platinum once you get there for more dining options. Only food trucks were option for family princess if down at the beach. They said it opens at 11 but really opened at 12. Their menu was more limited then what they advertised."

"TRS was very nice. The rooms are somewhat dated but clean and very suitable. The air condition at times could not keep up the ceiling fan in our room helped out. Most of the staff was overly nice and helpful. There was a few bartenders, especially by the beach who seemed like they did not like their job. Food was good, especially for an all-inclusive resort. All in all I would definitely recommend this place. "

"The beach was amazing. Staff was friendly and helpful. The grounds were kept clean and the food was great. Caesar our personal concierge was amazing and we wanted for nothing during our stay. A quick walk down the beach provided a massage, tiki bar and Onno's beach side bar that had amazing tacos. The spa was very relaxing and we were a short drive from the airport. Will definitely return with the family!"

"Do not waste your money on this property! Not a 5 start by any means! There is not enough space for me and my family to write about everything and anything that was wrong from the minute we checked in to time of departure and during our stay! The only reason I have not given a 1 star is because one of the managers tried her best to remediate some of the issues but the issues still persisted!"

"Resort is fully renovated and very well kept. Location is beautiful. Unfortunately given the huge amount of customers, service especially at check in and cleaning especially at the buffet restaurant are not good enough. Sometimes I had the feeling that tipping was the only way to get things done properly."
