"I was in May with friends. It was an amazing resort. Everything was clean. The food was delicious. The coffee place was amazing. Staff are very helpful. The beach was clean. We can’t wait to go beck soon."

"The resort was clean, beautiful, and overall we had a great stay! The staff truly made our trip memorable. Edward, our butler, went above and beyond for us. I got a bad sun rash, and he even went out of his way to get me hydrocortisone from another pharmacy when the resort pharmacy didn’t have it. Dolores by the pool was amazing and caring she even rubbed aloe vera on my rash and felt like a mom away from home. Jose at the swim-up bar was quick, friendly, and always welcoming. Santos at Las Torres was always helpful getting my syrup for crepes nightly, Angel at The Nest made us feel comfortable, and Ramon at the sports bar made sure we could watch our Knicks games. Steven at TRS always had a golf cart ready, greeted us with a smile, and made us feel like family. Americo and Luis were also very kind and helpful. Eliaris at Behique was wonderful, but unfortunately Antonella was rude and unfriendly. The food had lots of great options. A downside was staff taking towels before 5 PM even with our belongings still on the chairs, which happened multiple times. Entertainment could also be improved, and golf cart wait times were often too long. Overall, the resort was beautiful and we truly enjoyed our stay. We would most likely return and hope to see a few improvements!"

"It's an overall very nice resort. My only issue was with some of the staff members. One guy who work in guest service saw me approaching for him to stop me to say " My shift is over. I am going home", needless to say it was in a very rude manner. The other one was a guy working in ckech in. This was on May 21nd around 8pm. I approched him saying excuse me for him to cut me saying " i cant talk to you now. I am working with those people". He pointed to a couple sitting in a chair. Bit overall the resort is clean and the food is not bad."

"The rooms are nice for the price and the beach is beautiful and kept very clean. Staff is nice and service is okay. The food is not the best and all of the reservable restaurants take 45-60 minutes to serve your food after ordering and the food was almost always cold. The buffet desserts are decent! The drinks are good but you have to ask for extra alcohol to get a normal drink or you will just have a tiny little splash of rum. Overall it was okay for the price we knew it wouldn’t be perfect!"

Of course no place is perfect and there does seem to be a lot of miscommunication but staff is more than willing to hear you out and try their best to fix any issues you may encounter."

"Clear instructions for booking restaurants and the times that the buffets are actually open. We received details about the restaurant times however they were incorrect. I just want. Have a menu at the door for these restaurants. Don’t make it only available in the app. Have a menu right at the door for restaurants; same for bars and the coffee shops. Make the map of the proper in the app interactive. Also, we didn’t know how to use the resort transportation, where when how we weren’t given any details when we checked in. In regards to the food somebody’s job at every buffet should be to mix all of the items after the buffet so they don’t get dried out. if you have somebody doing that today, they’re doing a poor job. You also had staff at cooking stations who are sometimes there and sometimes not there. One day at the pancake station. The lady happily just burned one pancake after the next with no care at all. You call us family however you don’t feel like family unless you can speak Spanish otherwise you get short one word answers with limited information which leaves an awful total interaction."
