"TRS was very nice. The rooms are somewhat dated but clean and very suitable. The air condition at times could not keep up the ceiling fan in our room helped out. Most of the staff was overly nice and helpful. There was a few bartenders, especially by the beach who seemed like they did not like their job. Food was good, especially for an all-inclusive resort. All in all I would definitely recommend this place. "

"Do not waste your money on this property! Not a 5 start by any means! There is not enough space for me and my family to write about everything and anything that was wrong from the minute we checked in to time of departure and during our stay! The only reason I have not given a 1 star is because one of the managers tried her best to remediate some of the issues but the issues still persisted!"

"Resort is fully renovated and very well kept. Location is beautiful. Unfortunately given the huge amount of customers, service especially at check in and cleaning especially at the buffet restaurant are not good enough. Sometimes I had the feeling that tipping was the only way to get things done properly."

"A lot of different restaurants in the hotel that accommodates a large crowd. Many activities for adults and kids. The staff was very attentive to the guests and were very helpful with suggestions."

"“My stay at Punta Cana Princess was overall okay, but there were several issues. The room was not as clean as expected—the bathroom, especially the toilet, was dirty, and the room itself felt very hot as the AC wasn’t working well. I was also given a loft room, which was quite dark. The food was decent, and the pool area was nice, but there were not enough chairs available, which made it hard to relax and find a spot. Overall, the stay was fine, but improvements in cleanliness, room comfort, and pool seating would make a big difference.”"
