"Front door lock did not work, A/C did not work, TV did not work, smelled like Pot in the hallway ways and scum bags smoking at the entry doors. Guess I got what I paid for!!!! Never again"

"I had a lower room and the room above me sounded like they were having a kettlebell workout at 1:18am. They left sometime in the 2:00 am hour. Management said call them and they will take care of it. They are on staff 24 hrs."

"The hotel room was large with great views but there were quite a few broken things, including the shower head and fireplace. Also the front desk seemed overwhelmed due to the fully booked weekend and so it was hard to get help. No towels at the pool and after calling we were told someone would be in with towels when things slowed down but eventually the pool was closing and we had to walk dripping back up to our room. I think they were understaffed for such a busy weekend but I probably wouldn’t go back."
