"A very comfortable room once you make it there. Getting there was very difficult for me, but I’m a foreigner who doesn’t speak French so it’s probably just a me thing. The parking and unloading the car was very stressful because there was not a lot of options in front of the hotel and I made a mechanics shop angry as I was trying to unload. "Clean and comfortable. Front desk is closed at night and there’s a self check in kiosk. The hotel entrance is gated and need security code to get in. Was a bit confusing first but once figured out it was fine. There’s a security guy roaming the property all night and he was helpful though didn’t speak English. I was able to communicate with my broken French and google translate. Small breakfast area. Went elsewhere for breakfast. "
"After having read a number of negative reviews about this hotel, I was pleasantly surprised. I stayed in one of the nice renovated rooms. The hotel was in a lovely location close to the castle. The service was good and staff helpful.
My only small complaint is there was no shower gel in my room nor milk for tea/coffee."

"Lovely Parisian hotel which has restaurants, bistro's and bakeries within a 5 minute walk. The Arc de Triomphe and Champs-Élysées are within a 15 -20 minute walk away. Good metro connection. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Would stay again for sure."

I just wish I did the reservation in advance for the restaurant on the top roof.The hotel is also close to metro for easy transportation.Wonderful staff and very helpful, on my departure for the airport my Uber was delayed and the front desk person was so nice and helpful he ordered us a taxi that came immediately and I made it on time for the airport.
