I believe sometimes when visiting a new city there are worries and fears but the host went out of their way to give amazing recommendations, amazing help and was responsive to whatever we needed. We had forgotten my headphones in the hotel and he texted us immediately, held on to them and was available after midnight to pick them up after checking out, it meant so much to us. "The room was clean and cleaned each day too, the staff were so helpful and friendly (and most spoke excellent English which really helped), nothing seemed too much trouble for them. The breakfasts were cooked fresh to order and tasted really good, esp considering the low prices. A good little hotel. We didn’t use the mini bar but it seemed well stocked. "
